Push down gas pedal and does not take gas?

The truck when you push the gas pedal doesn't take gas. I've put on fuel pump, cam sensors, plugs, coils, injectors, throttle body, throttle body sensor, mass air flow sensor, fuel filter, and still does the same push down gas pedal and doesn't take gas. The RPMs go up for about 3 seconds and then it just shuts off. What is your suggestion I try next? Thank you!

Hi,

It could be several things. By chance, is the check engine light staying on at all times? Have you tried to retrieve codes to see if there is something stored that can help?

If you haven't, that is where I would start.

If you have already done that without success, have you checked for a possible plugged catalytic converter?
