So I have changed the starter, alternator, and the battery. I checked to see if the starter relay fuse was blown but there isn't a number 15 fuse in the fuse box under the hood. When I go to start the car it doesn't start there is a click noise for a second but it won't turn over. The lights come on but that's it. What do I need to do?

Good afternoon,

The first thing you need to do is to charge the battery to 12.6 volts. You can get a trickle charger at a parts store for cheap.

The start it up and check the voltage to the battery to see if the charging system is working.
