The first thing to do is look for a security indicator flashing when you try to start it that would indicate the security system is activated.

If you are sure there are no security issues, then you need to put a fuel pressure gauge on it and read the pressure when you try to start it.

This vehicle is very pressure sensitive and requires a very minimum of 55 PSI to run. The spec is 60-66PSI

Security is incorporated into the operating system. There should be a small, red LED indicator on the dash somewhere or an indicator on the dash that may be the word security or an image of a key.
