My truck will not start. Fuel pump. At first I could tap the fuel tank with a wrench next to the fuel pump and it would start. Now it wont. Put a new relay in, but still wont start. The relay is not clicking when I turn the ignition to accessory. I am guessing the pump is bad. I have not pressure tested anything because I cant hear the pun running like I could before so bad pump right? To replace the pump cannot I jack the bed up and block it to access the pump in the gas tank? Do I need to loosen the tank bolts some or not? What is the easiest way to replace the pump?

Check fuel pressure first 60-66 psi auto parts rent gauge. You may get a new pump with the harness replacement as well due to new connector and earlier pumps had a problem with that. Easiest way to replace is to unhook electrical at back of bed and if bolts all come off take bed off or move it back out of way.
