Yes it is. In the diagrams down below I have included the fuel pump location and the instructions for how to test it from the vehicle manufacturer. Please go through the guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Hello,

Yes. It is on top of the fuel tank, and the back seat sits on top of the fuel tank.
