Fuel pump location

Where is the fuel pump located and how do I change it? I have a feeling it is in the fuel tank and that will have to be dropped to change it out.

Yes it is in the fuel tank. Here is a guide that will show you what you are in for when changing it along with some diagrams on how it will be in your car. (below)
