We have changed the fuel pressure regulator and are continuing to have the same problems we scan it and it says low fuel pressure. What do I do?

We start with checking the actual fuel pressure with a gauge just to confirm the code is correct that the pressure is actually low and not just a sensor issue.

Once we know the pressure, let us know what the pressure is what the actual code is and we can take next steps. If the pressure is actually low then it is either a pump or a restriction in the line. We can get to that once we know what they actual pressure and code is.
