Low fuel pressure

Have replaced fuel pump two times last three months and now fuel pressure is only 23 lbs. should be 56. Car will run but not at freeway speed.

What brand pumps?

Did you make sure the tank is not contaminated causing the pumps to fail?

Did you verify correct voltage to the pumps?
