I did the press check. Results. Koeo jumps to 10 PSI, drops to 0, idle with vacuum on 30, without vacuum 36. It looks like I need a new pump, filter or regulator or a combination of all three. What do you think? Again, thanks a million for all your help. Youu guys are awesome.

I would do the filter first. here are the instructions on how and a video to show you how to get the lines off of the filter:

https://youtu.be/Boi0DPXVHbM

REMOVAL

CAUTION: If the fuel filter is being serviced with the rear of the truck higher than the front, or if the tank is pressurized, fuel leakage or siphoning from the tank fuel lines could occur. To prevent this condition, maintain the vehicle front end at or above the level of the rear of vehicle. Also, relieve tank pressure by loosening the fuel fill cap. Cap should be retightened after the pressure is relieved. If the vehicle is warm, change the fuel filter before the pressure rebuilds.

1. Shut engine Off. De-pressurize fuel system. Use caution to prevent combustion from fuel spillage.

2. Raise vehicle on hoist.

3. Remove push connect fittings at both ends of fuel filter. Install new retainer clips in each push connect fitting.

4. Remove filter from bracket by loosening filter retaining clamp enough to allow filter to pass through.

INSTALLATION

1. Install filter in bracket, ensuring proper direction of flow as noted by arrow. Tighten clamp to 1.7-2.8 Nm (15-25 lb in).

NOTE: The "flow" arrow direction should be positioned as installed in bracket to ensure proper flow of fuel through the replacement filter.

2. Install push connect fittings at both ends of filter.

3. Lower vehicle.

4. Start engine and check for leaks.

If this doesn't help, I would do the fuel pump.

This video will help you see how the job is done on a similar car with images below to show you how on your truck:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

Hi Ken, I just replaced the fuel pump, filter, press regulator and it's still idling rough. Vacuum, electrical, maybe injectors? How do you check injectors?
Thanks all of you guys, for all your help.

Okay, let's use these guides to go over the engine and fuel injectors, please check for vacuum leak when the engine is cold:

Ken, I've done a smoke test to the system. As it turned out, the ITA was leaking air, fixed it, still idling rough, ran another smoke test. This time, smoke was coming out of the canister. Once I replace the canister, and I still get a 172 (lean)code (other than injectors, haven't checked them, yet), then it would be internal (I didn't see smoke out of the throttle body), right?
Thanks for all your help. Greatly appreciated.
Al.

You will get the p0172 (lean) code if the engine is misfiring. Let's start with a compression test. This guide can help please get back to me with the reading, you can rent a compression gauge at the auto parts store for free or cheap.

This guide can help as well:

Hi Ken, checked compression, it looks good in all 4. Found out two injectors were really dirty. Replaced them, along with TPS. Now it's running good until I have to shift gears. Throttle sticking, RPMs go to 3,200, goes down few secs after I make a full stop. Hooked code reader. Shows a 121 code (closed throttle volt higher or lower) checked TPS. Constant is 5V. Voltage going to pcm, 1.3V(a li'l too high, isn't it?).
Thx for your help.
