Fuel pressure?

What is fuel line pressure on Toyota 1999? My car was parked for few weeks with no problem then when I wanted to start it , didn't start we checked everything that May course that everything seems are ok then there is possibility fuel pressure isn't enough , please tell me what pressure should be?
