The car just got a new battery and starts but shuts off straight away and won't idle. I can't hear the fuel pump kick in when I turn the key, so I'm wanting to check the fuel pump relay/fuse before I order and replace the fuel pump itself.

Can someone tell me where the relay might be and what It looks like?

To see if it is the fuel pump spray starting fluid into the intake to see if the engine keeps running. Is the security light flashing when you try to start it? If so, this guide can help to reset it. Also, we should run the codes to see what comes up.

Ken, thanks for the Tip. I'm certain that the fuel pump is the issues as I can't hear it operating when my mate turns the key. I simply want to check the electrical side of the system to see if the pump is getting power before I have to pull the tank out and replace the pump.
