I’m trying to change my fuel injectors. I got them out had to take off manifold, but I can’t find the pressure regulator to relieve the pressure, and I tried to take injectors out but a little gas comes out wen I try because of pressure still on.

The procedure on that engine is simple, but you cannot use it now that you have it apart. You normally just remove the fuel pump fuse, then start the engine and let it stall from the lack of fuel. Then try to start it 2 more times. Now the pressure is gone.
Might I ask why you are replacing the injectors?

I just bought car and the person said all it needs was spark plugs, because check engine light is on and I got code 2 codes po300 saying something about evap and something else. I took it to shop but before I took it, idle was running rough motor was shaking and lack of power. So when I changed spark plugs it got better, but check engine light still on, and the shop I took it to he said I need fuel injectors.

P0300 can be injectors but far more often it's low fuel pressure or an intake air leak. Do you know what the EVAP code was off hand as there are a couple of those that can also cause a misfire due to them letting excess air or fuel into the system. I hate seeing a lot of parts replaced and still have the same issue when you are done.

And I notice when I took all my injectors out one of them came all the way out, and the other three had the back piece like a plug still in it. Maybe I’m thinking too much gas is getting into that injector.

Without seeing them it isn't easy to tell. However a single bad injector would cause a single cylinder miss code like P0301 and not a multiple misfire code which is the P0300, that code means more than one cylinder is misfiring at any given point. That is why you normally test the fuel pressure and do some testing before jumping to injectors.
