I noticed that the fuel gauge light is always on. I just bought the car, so I don't know how much fuel is in there. I have scanners, is there a way to know how much fuel is in the tank so I would know if it's a cluster issue?

Thanks for the image, I would plug a scanner in to read the value of the fuel sensor, but I think the cluster is bad because the MICU is inside the cluster that controls the light. Do a CAN scan to see what comes up.

Please go over this guide and report back. I have included how to replace the cluster in case you need it.

I did scan some numbers, really hard to figure out what is going on. Can you make sense of any of this?

It says the low fuel indicator is off but the light is clearly on. I would say the BCM is going out or the cluster is bad. Let me know what happens.
