The fuel filter (MN176269) is inside the fuel tank as part of the fuel pump module. To replace it you would unbolt the left rear seat cushion and lift it, then you cut the flood mat open to access the service cover. You remove the cover and then you can get to the connectors on the pump module. You remove those and then you can remove the pump retainer plate and remove the pump. From there you disassemble the pump to access the filter and replace it. However, with the mileage you have it would likely be faster and cheaper overall to replace the entire pump assembly. Then you reverse the process to put it back together. Apply some sealer under the access cover before you bolt it back down to keep fuel vapors from getting in the vehicle.
