Cranks for longer than it should on cold start. Sometimes I stop and start again and it will fire up. No hesitation or check engine light. Once warm will star like it should, even then may start but dies then restarts again fine.

It sounds like a bad fuel pump but lets run the codes to see if there are any, this guide can help.

Also, make sure the throttle body is clean and there are no vacuum leaks. Please go over this guide as well

Ya I cleaned the throttle first when it had rough ifling and now its smooth. No codes thats the thing. No vac leaks or misfire or idle issues now, just the long crank time. Once warm it will start right up if started again after a few minutes. If left for say 15 minutes will take twice the time

Yep, a weak fuel pump will cause this, lets do a test on the pressure and fall off pressure as well. Here is a guide to help you and you can rent a pressure gauge for free at the auto parts store.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Fuel pressure: 304 to 343 kPa (3.1 to 3.5 kgf/cm2, 44 to 50 psi)

Check that the fuel pressure remains as specified for 5 minutes after the engine has stopped. Please let us know what happens.
