Fuel consumption?

Hi, I have an Isuzu kb240 le Uses an Opel c24se petrol engine. I only get 2.5km per 1liter of petrol. Water goes to my petrol tank from radiator, but no water pipes are crossed with the fuel pipes. Everything is as it should be. The head gasket is good, nothing leaking.

Please help.

Does this car have a fuel cooler? If so, this will be the problem. Are there any codes?
