Fuel shutting down after initial start. Will run for a few seconds then it shuts down, but will restart after I energize the pump.

What exactly is shutting down? Fuel pressure? Injector pulse? Are there any security indicators coming on when you try to start it?

No codes. It starts. Then it is like it runs out of gas then when I shut the key off and turn it back on. It will start and do the same thing. The factory alarm is messed up and will not work. But it starts then shuts down. Tried everything I could think of but still no results.

Again, how do you know it is running out of fuel and what specifically have you tested to determine this?

If you have not done it yet you need to test the fuel pressure using an accurate gauge and test the injector pulse using a noid light.

Hey Renee,

It sounds like the ASD relay is going bad, here is a wiring diagram and relay test guide and location to help you get the problem fixed. I would also try unplugging the 02 sensors for now to see if you have a heater shorting out.

Please run some tests and get back to us so we can continue helping you.

Best, Ken
