Front wheel removal

The front wheel will not come off. I removed all the lug nuts. I hit the wheel with a hammer from the front and back still nothing.

Corrosion makes things such fun. A trick that might help, put the lug nuts all back on but not fully tight, now set the car down so the tire has weight on it and turn the steering wheel back and forth a couple times, see if it broke free. If not roll the car back and forth a couple times. Another method is to get close to the car, turn your back to it and use your foot to kick the tire at the top and bottom, with the lug nuts backed off.
