Front wheel feels like it shakes?

When I start driving the left side of the wheel feels like it shakes no matter the speed but the tire has been changed and the alignment is good.

For a wheel to shake it usually means a bad tie rod end or lower ball joint. I would raise the front end up.

Once the front end is in the air, grasp the front left wheel and try to move it back and forth and up and down to check for play. Also, have a help move the wheel while you watch the tie rod end to check for play. Also, check the lower control arm bushings, they could have fallen apart and need to be replaced, I have marked in red in the images below to the parts I need you to check.
