If it has dropped that far then I would look close at the front springs. That much drop sounds like a broken coil that is letting the suspension push up and that tilts the top of the tire in due to the geometry of the suspension. Then with the age and mileage the bushings are likely worn as well. A good visual inspection would tell you what to do next. The upper bushings on yours uses a shaft which makes it harder. For those I normally leave them bolted to the vehicle and try to cut the bushings off and remove them without damaging the shaft. Then you can clean up and paint the arm with it off. Then press the new ones in, that usually minimizes the fight to get them realigned.
However, I would inspect it first.
