The master window/lock switch works for all windows except for the front passenger window. However, the door lock switch works from master switch and front passenger door lock switch. If I take the master windows/door lock switch out and plug it in to front passenger side and press the button for driver side window, the window works up and down but also keeps the dome light on as if it's hooked up to battery directly and won't shut off until I unplug the master switch from the front passenger side. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Please advise.

Good afternoon,

I attached the wiring diagram for you to view of the circuit.

Do you have a test light or voltmeter to do some checks on the module?

We need to verify some signals.

No sir, I do not have test light or volt meter and wiring is something I have no experience, schematics are very confusing. If this is the only way to find problem, I don't feel comfortable with electrical wiring troubleshooting.

Well, I am here and not there and the only way to determine the issue is by testing.

Do you have anyone who can help you with the testing?

Believe it or not, I live with a certified mechanic, but he doesn't work for free even if I have a question he won't give me any advise or help me in any way and charges $85.00 an hour! So, no I don't have anyone to help me. I am on a fixed income which barely covers my rent so I can't afford to pay for advise. Thank goodness there are a few good people like yourself that don't mind helping others.
