Out of the clear blue my door will not unlock. I have used the remote, the switch on both front doors, the key will not turn the lock, and I cannot slide the lock forward manually.

Hello, I am Danny.

Just a question first. Are you able to open the door at all from the inside or outside? To find out what the problem is you are going to have to take the door panel off to access the inner door mechanisms/door linkage rods to see what is going on. It sounds like the door lock linkage is binding to cause you to not be able to unlock.Inside the door is also a door actuator (electric plunger) that is used to lock/unlock the door with the key fob and inner armrest door unlock button. If you cannot open the door by any means the only way to get the door open is by using a slim-jim/lockout tool to go through the window opening to manipulate/capture the linkage to open the door and gain access to the door panel. It might help more by having the window rolled down. I have attached a tutorial able removing the door panel once you gain access. Hope this helps! Danny-

Hello Danny again. Bummer. Like I stated the only way you are going to be able to get the door open is by using a slim-jim/lockout tool through the window crack to manipulate/capture the linkage to open the door. After the door is open you can then take the door panel off. Danny-
