Front main seal leak

Front main seal leak after new cam rockers, lifters and new oil pump. Did the shop not replace the seal use the old one? They stated it was just coincidence that it leaked a week later.

They probably just did not get one or more bolts tightened enough. I would bring it back to them and show a service manager or whoever is in charge.
