Front drive line sheared off bolts where it attaches to transfer case

Recently rebuilt front drive train w/new brakes rotors seals u-joints// everything seemed fine/ driving normally on slick roads engaged FWD, DETECTED SLIGHT VIBRATION, Bang, drive line separated from transfer case! How do I troubleshoot transfer case?

Did the bolts just break form the driveshaft? Due to hitting slick spot then dry spot under harder acceleration? Or did the tcase actually stop while in 4wd and the driveshaft broke due to weight of truck and moving? If the latter is the case then the tcase has to come out and apart to see wha tis wrong.
