Front brake sticks on

I have replaced all parts front and rear brakes pads, shoes, drums, rotors, calipers wheel cylinders, master cylinder. Brake hoses on front. When I drive the car the front brakes stick on and get hot. What is the issue with this car? Help!
the emergency brake is not on. I checked. Please help

Check the brake booster push-rod length. You would need to remove booster to adjust if out of spec. Here is the procedure:

Important: The dimension is measured from the brake booster mounting surface to the end of the brake booster push rod connector.

Loosen adjuster jam nut.
Adjust brake booster push rod connector length to 184.75 mm ±0.25 mm (7.27 inch ±0.01 inch).
Tighten adjuster jam nut to brake booster push rod connector. Torque: Adjuster Jam Nut-to-Brake Booster Push Rod Connector: 18 Nm (159 inch lbs.)

When the booster is out, verify there is no brake fluid in the booster. If there is fluid or adjustment is correct then replace the booster. Let us know what you find please.
