Clearing codes.

Answer to your first question how do I clear code. If you don't have an OBDII code reader you can go down to your local Auto Zone and have them read the codes for you and then clear them for you. If the fault is still present the light will return.

1997 Ford Windstar.
Code P1000 Incomplete
This generally means hte battery may have been disconected. I think this may be true. I am sure I have other codes in there because of a Stalling when warm issue.
How do I clear this code? I have gone through the modis Clear Codes and then rescan and I get the same code.

I suspect the transmission may have been replaced or fixed at some time. So my stall problem may be in the wireharness or Break S/W.
