2002 Ford Windstar 50000 miles

Need help diagnosing a recent problem with my van. The van will intermittently make a "squealing" noise (sounds like the power steering pump?) And then will go dead. No noted leaks, overheating, etc. I have had power steering pumps go bad before, but never cause the vehicle to stall out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Get a look at the pulleies that the serp belt goes around. Look for an accumulation of black particles the seem to concentrate of one of them. One of them sounds like thay are seizing up.
