My front heater is blowing cold air but the back heater is still blowing warm air. What happened and how do I fix it?

Sounds like a blend door or blend door motor. These are both available at most parts stores and as for replacing depends on how comfortable you are with doing automotive repairs. If you like I can walk you through somewhat. Here is a pic of the door and the motor.
