NO HEAT IN FRONT. I HEAR THE VENT TRYING TO CHANGE BUT IT WILL NOT FLIP. THE AIR COND IS WORKING GOOD. HEATER CORE OR SWITCH?

Its not the vent that you hear it the blend door motor (plastic gears in it )
need to have it replaced
(need blend door actuator )
