The van is not firing to the fuel pump to pump the fuel.

No power to fuel pump?

Check fuel pump fuse, fuel pump relay and wiring to pump. Let me know how these check out.

Where is the fuel pump relay located.

Fuel pump relay is in the battery junction box (under hood, near battery).
