2000 Windstar heater

I own a 2000 ford windstar v6 with about 176,000 km. The heater quit working in the spring but it wasn't a big deal because it was warm out. Recently we replaced the thermostat trying to repair it. It partially worked because now I have heat in the back of the van. Problem is there's no heat coming out in the front. Any suggestions as to why and how to fix it.

Its your blend door actuator
right side of dash
some have it almost behind the radio and ashtray
it has a square plug wires
