I would like to know how much to pay for a complete tune up and what to expect of the service and why to do full tune up. Thanks.

Just because your engine light is on doesn't mean you need a tune up.

A full tune up usually includes spark plugs, plug wires, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, transmission fluid and filter, engine oil replacement, lubing of suspension parts and more.

You would not want a complete full tune up done at once unless you are ready for a large bill, in the thousand or so.
