Ok with both these codes at the same time and having cleaned the mass air flow unit I would ask that you have a live scan done to watch the rear O2 sensors. I think you may find that they need to be replaced. Also check the egr control solenoid and the silicone tube to the egr for any cracks as this will cause these codes to come up too. Hope this helps.
