1998 Ford Windstar won't start (Fire)

I have a 1998 ford Windstar LX minivan the will turn over but will not start (fire). The general consensus is that it is a fuel system problem and I am trying to find the Fuel Pump cut off switch that is supposed to be located under the dash on the driver's side. Can anyone tell me exactly where this switch is located as well as give me any other advice as to what the problem might be?

Try looking behind your passenger side back seat. There should be a small compartment with a removable panel(this si also the area where the jack is generally stored). It should also say on the panel "fuel cutoff". The info you are looking for should also be available in your owners manuel. Hope this helps!
