So I found the control module replaced it and still have the same problem. The lights stay on even when you shut the car off. I have tried the relay, disconnected the switch inside the van. I don't know where else to look. Any help would be great. Thanks

Try unhooking the dimmer (hi-low beam) switch

I disconnected the module all together. It seems to have fixed my problem. Thanks for all the help
