I was on the highway (traveling 70 mph) and the van just stopped running. It cranks, but won't turn over. I was wondering if the failure could be due to bad o2 sensors or should I automatically be concerned about a new fuel pump?

An O2 sensor won't kill the engine. It will cause a performance issue, but not prevent it from starting.

There are two things you have to check for, spark to the engine and fuel pressure. Here are the how to's for checking. One will be the cause. Let me know so I can help you trouble shoot the problem.
