After the car idles for about 15 minutes, it stalls. We have replaced the fuel pump, the fuel filter, the relay, sparkplug wires, sparkplugs and ECM. In checking we found the the fuel pump is turning off.

what can it be?

I would replace the fuel pump relay, could be heating up and causing an open circuit, thus causing it to shut off. Relays usually will start doing this when they become faulty
