1993 Ford Tempo no shift

I have ford tempo 1993
this cor transmission have problem
car no go up to 30 mph
gear not change 1 gear to 2 gear
when car is cold then transmission working good
after 10 mile when car is hot then 1 gear not shift to 2 gear. I change oil and oil filter and all clutch and seals but stil same problem

Im not a trans expert but maybe something in valve body is sticking when metal heats up? Also fluid viscosity changes when heated, gets thinner, less hydraulic pressure with worn trans parts. Valve body may also have small leak that is worse with hot fluid causing loss of pressure. Also make sure external down shift arm is working.
