1992 Ford Tempo 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

hi my husband just replaced the drivers side cv unit front wheel and the trans filter and gasket. The car has only been sitting for a week. The lights will turn on and the door will ding but the car will not start. What are some of the causes of this?

When key at run do you see all the idiot lights that you normally see before you start it. If so get the battery load tested make sure its cleaned and properly tightened then report back for more complicated stuffs

He saidd that he thinks maybe that when the cv unit axle thing came out that maybe it hit the starter. I am going to go tomorrow and buy a new starter and we will see how that goes. I am not sure what else to do.

Follow the battery positive cable till it meets up with the starter relay-you'll see 2 battery cables there and a small terminal. Jumper the battery terminal side and the small terminal not the other that goes to the starter. You got all your information right here how to do it and where the starter is.
