2003 Ford Taurus door locks

Thr drivers side door lock switch will only lock and will not lock the passenger side works I switched the switch to the passengers side switch is good put the passenger side switch in drivers door still only locks will not unlock remote works Whats the course to follow way too many wires how do I locate right ones?

Replace the lock actuator as it is defective

But the door locks and unlocks with the passenger side door switch and locks and unlocks with the remote so that would mean the acuator is working right?

Your 1st question was not clear

if its lock and doesn't unlock
actuator is bad

but that's a different story
check wiring harness in door jam
I will look up the wiring diagram for you if still need it
