2003 Ford Taurus car shaking

Hi,
My car the past couple of days, seems like it almost wants to stall. When stopped it shakes not hard but just a little. And when I have the heat on it seems to do it more. And sometimes when accelerating it has a hard time shifting and you have to give it a little more gas. Any help would be great. Thanks for your time.

Hi Pamela
do you have check engine light on
80k miles its about time for a tune up
also open hood and listen for a suction noise (vacuum leak )
most common area around the PCV valve
