2002 Ford Taurus rough idling

2002 ford tarus that is showing codes p0172 and codesp1132. I have changed plugs, wires, coil, fuel filter, fuel injectors on bank 1 Cykinder 1 and cylinder2. Checked for vacum leaks also. Number 2 plug seemes a litttle damp but has no ordor. Also checked compresssion on all cylinders

You O2 sensors need to be changed, and the #2 plug being wet doesn't help either, you need to do a compression check on this motor!
P0172= System running rich bank 1
P1132= Lack of heated O2 upstream lack of switching bank 1, that's the code indicating the O2 isnt working, or gas is getting into the exhaust system making the sensor stay on detecting rich. Wet with gas? or oil? If gas check fuel pressure and fuel pressure regulator like this:
