2001 Ford Taurus chirping sound

2001 ford Taurus SES, 109000 miles, When I am driving I hear a chirping sound about every 20 seconds coming from the front of the car. It does not do it when I am not moving. I try to listen to see where it is coming from but I cannot figure it out. Please HELP! It is driving me crazy.

I just had new rotors and brakes put on.
