When I go over bumps, I here a loud clanking noise and I am having trouble accelerating even when fully putting my foot on the gas. What does this mean?

Is the noise or the sound coming from the front or rear of the vehicle
shocks need to be checked also stabilizer links and bushings
as for lack of power
do u have check engine light on (I assume you have )
need to have it scanned for codes
