2000 Ford Taurus tune up

My daughters Taurus is running sluggishly, she took it to an auto parts store and they told her to tune it up. I cannot see the spark plugs or wires, how do I change them?

Hi. Dont know if changin the plugs is just as bad as it was on my 92 taurus. Had to remove the fan to get to the front plugs. And take the hood and the air cleaner off to get to the back ones
