Revving and tune up

Hey there so I recently did a tune up on my 1997 ford taurus sho and I still have the same problems as before
when car warms up the car idles weird it jumps I did notice when it jumps the lights on dash well and the hole car dim with the rough idle its very weird could this still be the iac valve?All my plugs I pulled out had huge gaps in them all coils were fine wires were fine I put in a brand new alternator in july but I also noticed the battery doesnt look like its the right size for the car cause that bracket that holds the battery in place is tight and I can pull battery right out?Thank u very much sorry for all the writing

It could be the IAC. Also, check for vacuum leaks and make sure the EGR isn't plugged.

To check for a carbon build up, it needs removed. That is the only way to see inside.

You can use carb cleaner to soften it. It will most likely require some scraping. It attaches to the intake. Make sure the intake is clean and not plugged too.

So ended up taking engine apart I changed plugs again and changed all 8 coil packs then tested old ones in front while engine was running turns out I had 5 out of 8 coils done like dinner lol funny thing is I never once the service engine soon like come on but shes running perfect now except now I have to change idler pulleys which I cant find any bigger then 3 inchs in diameter would the 3 inch one work I was assuming th ebelt would just come off cause pulley isnt the same size as old one
