1999 Ford Taurus Wont start

The battery tested out fine, accessories work, but the engine won't turn over. Any ideas?

Was the starter checked
check small S terminal and wire at the starter should have battery power when ignition switch in start position
if you do have power suspect bad starter

Also check all fuses and inspect power leads coming from battery and where they join the fuse block.
