1999 Ford Taurus Whats wrong?

My car dosent put out any heat whatsoever. It blows freezing cold air.I have to constantly check the water before I drive it anywhere.I keep antifreeze in it. Could there be something wrong with the water pump?Maybe just a new thermostat?Or could it be something more serious. Please help.

Are you adding coolant all the time
is it over heating
what you need is to have the coolant system pressure check
also if the car is overheating have the head gasket checked too
and if no overheating not adding coolant car running at normal temp
have heater core flush
