1999 Ford Taurus My dash lights are out and I cant get over

On my way home from buying my car the dash lights which have the speed ect went out I dont know where the fuses are, my car didnt come with a manual. Also my car says overdrive off how to I get it on I dont see a button or switch. Please help.

The car has 2 fuse boxes. One is under the hood at the power distribution box, and the other is under the dash on the left side above and near the kick panel.

The overdrive switch is usually located on the end of the shift lever if you have column shift.
