1999 Ford Taurus 1999 Taurus Wagon won't start

I have a 1999 Taurus wagon. I went to start this morning and the car wouldn't start. No interior or panel lights, no radio, and no "click" from under the hood. The key in ignition charm did come on as well as the wipers, where do I start to trouble shoot? Thank you.

Start with the battery and its connection then comeback

I got home last night and checked it out. My wife was describing the symptons over the phone. The car was clicking, and the radio had reset to 1200. I cleaned the battery termianls and connections. I am going to take the battery to advance auto today to have t tested under load. Is there any thing else I should be doing right now? Thanks for your help.
